Cancellation, Postponement, Substitution, and Video and Photography Policies:

We understand that things can change and you can receive a full refund if requested before February 28th, 2026. After that date and before March 31st, 2026 a 10% cancellation fee will apply, with no refunds available after that date.  Substitutions are available at any time.
   The Global Lean Summit (GLS) is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. GLS shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this summit is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, act of God, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this summit impracticable, illegal or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, government authority, extreme weather or other emergency.
    Please note that while speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, the Global Lean Summit reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics and workshops if necessary without any liability. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
    By attending the event you grant permission that your image may be captured and used in print, video, and/or electronic medium for commercial, promotional and educational purposes without compensation.  No photography inside CITY Furniture will be allowed.

What is the Global Lean Summit?

Who is the summit designed for?

The summit is designed for those new to the concepts of Lean, Lean professionals, and Executives/Leaders. In short, the Global Lean Summit is designed for everyone!

We design our sessions to maximize learning and offer different tracks to match the experience level to the audience.

What’s included in my GLS Ticket price?

Your 2026 Global Lean Summit ticket includes:

  • Pre-Summit Virtual Session on Wednesday, April 8th to answer questions and help you prepare for an amazing experience
  • Summit Networking Reception at the Hilton DoubleTree Hotel on Monday, May 11th from 6:00–8:00 PM
  • 2026 Global Lean Summit May 12–14th, with lunch included each day plus all session materials, including the Summit Playbook.
  • Three post-Summit virtual follow-up sessions (30/60/90-day) to support the Lean Leadership Roadmap you build in the final session. Sessions will provide accountability and continued learning with additional guest speakers:
    • Friday, June 12th at 9:30 AM ET
    • Monday, July 13th at 9:30 AM ET
    • Thursday, August 13th at 9:30 AM ET.
Where is the Summit located?

This year we are partnering with CITY Furniture in Tamarac, Florida, just outside of Fort Lauderdale. All 3 days of the summit will be held at CITY Furniture: 6701 Hiatus Road, Tamarac, Florida, 33321, USA
