What Sets This Event Apart?

Most conferences assemble a mix of speakers that simply share their thought about a topic with you. You leave the event with a few good ideas, but lacking the solution or knowledge you were hoping to get from the event.

This is the difference with the Global Lean Summit, we have created a curriculum, a journey, to provide you with the value you're looking for. Our focus is to provide you with tangible results you can use.  Bring your asks, your problems, and our speakers and staff are committed to coaching and mentoring you to come away with the roadmap to get the results you deserve.

We are using Lean principles to design the experience that you want.

  • Personalized Tour of a Toyota Plant
  • Innovative Presentations
  • Creative Problem-Solving Workshops
  • Personal Consultations
  • Industry Experts
  • Interactive Networking

September 17, 18, & 19

THEME: Building a Lean Organization

Developing a Lean Organization is designed to help you craft a customized roadmap for transforming your organization and creating a sustainable improvement culture.

DAY 1: Creating a Successful Lean Culture

The day starts by reviewing the elements necessary for establishing a successful Lean Management System and discussing those roadblocks and obstacles that will hinder it.  Learn solutions, share ideas, and start developing your roadmap to creating a robust and sustainable Lean culture. The day will prepare you for what to look for when we visit Toyota on day 2.

DAY 2: the TOYOTA Experience

Spending the entire day at Toyota Material Handling.  Get a chance to tour their production line, visit their Obeya room, talk with Toyota employees, and see for yourself all of the things you've always wanted to see.  This will be a day you will always remember.  See theory in practice.

DAY 3: Your Lean Management Roadmap

We've learned what makes a successful Lean Management System on day 1.  We've seen a successful Lean Management System on day 2 when we visited Toyota.  Day 3 is all about developing your own Lean Management Roadmap that will help you roll out or sustain your efforts at work.  The Global Lean Summit is different from any other conference because our speakers are here to help you develop your roadmap and answer the questions you have.  This will be an incredible day with a roadmap you will use long after the summit is over.

Former attendees all say the same thing, that this was the most impactful and useful day of any conference or training that they have ever  attended.  Looking forward to seeing what you create!
